Scan with your phone to test
Content too long. Shorten the text or lower the error correction level.
Inverted colors. Many scanners cannot read a light QR code on a dark background. Use a dark code on a light background instead.
Low contrast. This QR code may be hard to scan. Pick a darker color or a lighter background.
Transparent background: place this QR code on a plain, light background so it stays scannable.
Vector SVG: best for print, scales infinitely without quality loss.

Generate and customize
Enter your details and click “Generate”. Then adjust colors, shapes, frame and logo: the preview follows every change.
Test and download
Scan the preview with your phone, then download a high-resolution PNG, a vector SVG or a print-ready poster.
Keep your menu up to date without reprinting
Put your menu online (a page on your website, or a PDF hosted on your site or a storage service), then paste its link above. Style the QR code with your restaurant’s colors and your logo in the center, and print it on table tents, placemats or your window.
- Easy updates: if the menu link stays the same, just replace the file. The printed QR code will automatically show the new menu.
- No subscription: unlike paid “dynamic” QR codes, there’s no redirect that can be switched off.
- Easy to scan: print the code 3 to 4 cm (1.2–1.6 in) wide on tables, with a call to action like “Scan to see the menu”.
Think of your guests: keep a few paper menus for people without a smartphone, and check that your online menu reads well on mobile (a portrait PDF is more comfortable to read).

Frequently asked questions
How do I put my menu online?
The simplest way is to publish a “Menu” page on your website or upload a PDF there. You can also use an online storage service with a public share link. Then paste that link into Iris QR.
Can I change my menu without changing the QR code?
Yes, as long as the link doesn’t change. Replace the file or edit the page at the same address and the printed QR code will show the new version.
What size should a table QR code be?
3 to 4 cm (1.2–1.6 in) wide is ideal for scanning from 30–40 cm away. Choose a dark code on a light background and leave a white margin around it.
Will my menu QR code expire?
No. Iris QR generates static QR codes that point directly to your link. They work forever, at no cost.
